If the library doesn't have an item you would like, you can suggest a purchase. If the item is recent and likely to be popular the library will try to purchase it.
You can suggest a purchase in person or online by logging in to The SPYDUS app Library using your library card and password/pin.
If the item is older, specialised or doesn't fit our collection guidelines we will try and borrow it from another library through an Interlibrary Loan. If you would like to see which other libraries hold the item you are looking for, a search on TROVE will help you track down the item.
Trove is the shared catalogue of all libraries across Australia, including public, state and university libraries.
There is a $2.40 charge for Interlibrary Loan requests (Universities and other institutions may incur additional charges).
