Camden Libraries offer a range of serenity programs, which will provide individuals with the opportunity to pause, reflect and relax while looking after both their mental and physical health.
First Tuesday of the month – Chair yoga at Narellan Library, 10am
Second Wednesday of the month – Tai Chi at Oran Park Library, 1.30pm
Third Tuesday of the month – Meditation at Narellan Library, 10am
Last Wednesday of the month – Chair yoga at Oran Park Library, 1pm
